A pivotal role for a skilled professional to spearhead business intelligence systems, drive data-driven insights, and fuel strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage comprehensive data dashboards, ensuring seamless data flow and actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple data sources, guaranteeing data quality, consistency, and accessibility.
- Lead the preparation and analysis of key performance indicators, providing detailed support for research- and client-facing dashboards.
- Design and implement robust data pipelines, ensuring daily report refreshes run smoothly without disruption.
- Communicate complex business insights to non-technical audiences, fostering clarity and credibility in all presentations and data tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in business analytics, consulting, research, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include business, statistics, economics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
- Proven expertise in building and managing data dashboards, proficiency in PowerBI (required), Excel (advanced), SQL & Salesforce (strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to collect and clean large datasets, present findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
