Key to our business growth is the timely execution of software subscription renewals.
Job Role- Manage a book of software subscriptions aligned by quarter with the goal of securing renewal contracts prior to expiration.
- Meet targets associated with assigned renewal business.
- Maintain direct engagement with customers throughout the duration of a contract's lifecycle to identify and eliminate potential obstacles to timely renewal.
- Collaborate with internal organizations to ensure assigned renewals are closed on time.
- Discuss renewal prices with customers and acquire their commitment on updated terms, if necessary.
- Generate and manage sales opportunities in Salesforce, providing timely updates reflective of the sales cycle and any challenges identified.
Candidates will work closely with external partners to enhance the renewal experience for customers. Participating in quarterly business reviews with customers is also essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven track record of negotiating and selling to enterprise IT buyers.
- Ability to manage a large portfolio of renewal contracts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
