The Academic Vision Coordinator will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic trajectory and ensuring exceptional learning outcomes at an online English language school. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced educator to help build an exceptional educational model and grow with our team.
- Support and develop our team of educators through hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluations
- Design and lead professional development sessions and workshops to enhance teaching skills
- Establish and maintain our methodological and pedagogical guidelines
- Administer and manage needs analysis for new students
- Oversee the review and development of teaching materials
- Continuously improve the academic quality and learning experience
- Foster a positive and collaborative culture with both students and educators
Requirements:
- Certification or degree in languages or education (CELTA or equivalent)
- Experience as an English teacher
- Availability for full-time, remote work
- Comfort with digital tools and remote instruction
Nice to Have:
- DELTA certification or equivalent
- Previous experience in academic coordination or management roles
- Experience in material design, curriculum planning, or educator mentorship
