The Global Customer Success organization within CE&S is driving customer success on the Microsoft Cloud by harnessing AI-powered capabilities and human expertise to deliver innovative solutions that drive operational excellence and foster long-term loyalty.

This role is for a skilled Cloud Architect who can work with large enterprise customers to enhance the stability and performance of their Azure solutions.

You will be a key technical resource for customers, providing proactive services such as education workshops, assessments, and tailored guidance to ensure peak health and optimum performance of their critical solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Focus: Gather customer/partner insights, map architecture and digital transformation solutions to customer/partner business outcomes, and represent the customer/partner to internal teams to shape products and services.
  • Develop relationships with customer and partner architects, technical decision makers, and stakeholders, addressing requirements with technical architecture(s) and demonstrating solutions' value through design collaboration.
  • Guide team members to focus on customer/partner experience, support defining success conditions, and anticipate dissatisfaction to improve overall experience and value realization.

  • Identify and advise on performance optimization, manage risks, and ensure solution quality using tools for opportunity and milestone tracking.
