We are seeking a Business Improvement Specialist to drive business productivity, efficiency and operations through innovation and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive project execution throughout the organization with emphasis on operational efficiency.
- Support cross-functional processes with impact enterprise-wide.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Analyze and document impacts of requests across organizations and functions.
- Create documents outlining requirements, functional scope and specifications.
- Identify controls to meet company and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and automate reports and build interactive dashboards to highlight emerging issues.
- Maintain positive working relationships with diverse groups of business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience with Lean methodology, including internal projects and Lean culture implementation.
- Strong background in project management with focus on Lean principles.
- Lean Six Sigma certification required.
- Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.
