Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing Sales Engineering support to drive business growth. As a member of the CALA Sales Engineering team, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute account-specific strategies based on business and solution focus areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales Engineering team in Brazil, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to execute account-specific strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Currently studying Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, with Spanish desired.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Confident self-starter with a track record of success.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship experience in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of telecommunications, including optical, 5G, and IP networks.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
