About the Role
  • Position: Associate Product Manager Tribo SAP, Squad HR Tech, and Squad SAP Core
  • Mission: Contribute to the evolution of products and services that meet the comprehensive needs of our business areas involving the SAP ERP, ensuring a complete, integrated, and aligned offer with our company's strategies.
Main Responsibilities
  • Align with stakeholders (Accounting, Finance, Tax, Purchasing, S&A, FP&A People, and Human Resources).
  • Prioritize tasks and define the backlog.
  • Write stories and align with the SAP engineering team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and a good experience in data sharing.
  • Monitor numbers and present status reports.
  • Test the product and ensure success criteria.
  • Analyze data to understand user experience and achieve objectives.
  • Manage stakeholders and keep everyone updated on progress, results, and KPIs.
Essential Requirements
  • Have functional knowledge of the SAP product for at least 3 years.
  • Understand the SAP product strategy and drive business impact.
  • Monitor business and product metrics.
  • Manage the roadmap and define good features.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Leadership and influence to engage people.
Highlights
  • Experience in the Financial Market will be a differential.
  • Previous technical knowledge of some SAP Finance module.
  • Experience in project management (PMO).
  • Knowledge in Agile fundamentals and techniques for prioritizing the Product Backlog.
Work Model
  • Hybrid (3x per week) in the office in Vila Olímpia/SP.
