Job Title: Sales Associate Manager

Shure is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing assigned channel partners, monitoring their performance, and implementing effective channel strategies to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and monitor the performance of assigned channel partners in Brazil, using measurement indicators such as sales performance, investment in infrastructure, and responsiveness to inquiries.
  2. Guide channel partners on product mix, inventory levels, forecasting, sales strategies, and market development initiatives.
  3. Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, and support the development of market development initiatives.
  4. Manage Market Development associates to generate demand and leads.
  5. Review and analyze channel partner programs, discussing areas of concern or success with representatives, and proposing action plans to correct substandard performance.
  6. Develop and implement effective sales trip and event schedules, and monitor expense budgets according to fiscal year objectives.
  7. Provide regular communication and support to partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and information to effectively sell and support our products.
  8. Monitor competitive activities, introduction of new competitive products, changes in sales patterns, or policies of competitors, and develop actions to meet competitive activities as required.
  9. Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop channel-driven end-user promotional activities and campaigns consistent with Corporate brand development goals.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 6 years of experience in channel management, sales, or a related field.
  3. People management skills required.
  4. Understanding of the Brazilian audio industry is a plus.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. Comprehensive technical knowledge of audio principles and products is a plus.
  7. Knowledge of SAP software is a plus.
  8. Organized, with excellent follow-up credentials.
  9. Self-motivated with demonstrable leadership ability.
  10. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
  11. Ability to travel minimum 75% of the time.
  12. Language Skills: Portuguese required, English desired.
