About The RoleWe seek a Sales Development Representative to contribute to the development of the Sales Team by booking meetings with decision-makers.
Duties And Responsibilities- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
- Lead generation: Send emails to potential customers and partners. Make follow-up calls.
- Provide data reports and contribute to updating sales operations.
- Monitor sales performance through tracking tools and report progress.
- Use CRM software to manage leads and sales activities.
- Work with account managers to create targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets. Identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments.
- Advanced degree in Business or related field.
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
- Knowledge of sales practices and customer service techniques.
- Experience using HubSpot or any CRM is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry.
- Self-motivated with a start-up mindset, eager to learn and independent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving and negotiation character.
- Organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Hybrid work arrangement - Monday to Friday 12 to 8pm; Co-Working on Tuesdays.
