Job Title: Network Support Specialist


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support for our network infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN and WAN networks
  • Ensure network uptime and performance
  • Implement monitoring and data collection tools
  • Support carrier trunking with local networks
  • Analyze hardware requirements for software installation
  • Test functionalities of new equipment
  • Reinstall default images on workstations or notebooks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Cisco CCNA Certification
  • Experience with configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and IMAC for access/border/core networks for Cisco/HP Family
  • Familiarity with small/medium switches L2/L3, small/medium/large routers L3-L7 for access/edge/core, WLAN Cisco/HP
  • Knowledge of firewalls Palo Alto, SASE, and cybersecurity information
  • Ability to identify, test, and build cabling CAT5-9, fiberoptics MM/SM
  • Familiarity with NSX/Virtualization network
  • Active Directory/RADIUS/802.1x/MFA authentication
  • Palo Alto VPN Server/Windows Jump Server configuration
