Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Services Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engagement negotiation to ensure successful delivery of Expert and Success Services.
- Work with license and solution sales teams to position Expert and Success services on designated accounts.
- Develop plans to deploy licensed products and identify business opportunities within designated accounts.
- Drive clients to provide references and exceed services sales quotas.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7+ years of experience in selling professional services and/or solutions in the software industry.
- Consultative sales experience is required.
- Ability to build and collaborate strong relationships within internal and external ecosystems.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota and key success metrics.
