Job Summary
">S&op & Inventory Leader PositionWe are seeking an experienced S&op & Inventory Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory planning, materials, inventory and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock levels and advance release without negatively affecting customer service levels.
- Analyze forecast demand versus actual demand, understanding changes and trends.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that key impact orders, new forecasts, products and changes are included in the aggregate demand.
- Notify scheduling and manufacturing of significant forecast or capacity changes in a timely basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Experience in factory planning, materials, inventory and supply chain management.
- Able to demonstrate experience in a project leadership role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience in planning and material management.
