As a Program Manager, you will lead this initiative and drive scalable recruitment. We need someone with 3+ years of program or project management experience, a strong background in process improvement using data and metrics, advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps), and SQL experience.

This role demands strong business acumen, ownership of metrics, and maintaining relations with stakeholders. You will have a hands-on approach to driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction, and raising processes for verification.

  • Identify Seller Experience pain points for seller registration verification
  • Partner with product, operations, and compliance teams to enhance experience for sellers and internal stakeholders
  • Owning mechanisms of Voice of Seller tracking, and be the main bridge with Account Management teams
  • Owning and tracking weekly metrics for callouts, reports, and newsletters
