Business Development Manager
Brazil Region Opportunity
You will be responsible for the management of the Analytical, Instrumentation, and Service Business Lines for Brazil. This role encompasses growth strategy and day-to-day management of the business with a focus on profitable growth and strategic partnerships in the country.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Management of full P&L responsibility for the ABB division (process automation measurement and analytics).
- Strategic sales, service, and operational planning.
- Target setting for independent business lines.
- Personnel management and performance reviews.
- Reporting of progress to Global Product Line Management and other stakeholders.
">Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management, preferably an MBA/Master in management related fields.
- Direct management experience of a business with full P&L responsibility.
- Experience in the Brazilian Oil & Gas, Water, Pulp & Paper, and General Industrial markets.
- Previous experience with instrumentation, controls, and analytical devices product portfolio.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is desirable.
