Wadhwani Foundation is a not-for-profit with the primary mission of accelerating economic development in emerging economies by driving large-scale job creation through entrepreneurship, innovation and skills development. **The Role Context**: This role will own all activities related to launching and making the Opportunity program successful in the specified sector/region while working with the local partners and WF team members. Additional responsibility would be to monitor results, including jobs obtained by the trained students.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partnership development: Reach out to various companies/associations in selected industry sectors to identify committed partners to deploy the training course.
- Qualify and sign up relevant institutes as per target & within timelines
- Manage the customer lifecycle using a CRM, identifying tasks and stages of the process, offering opportunities to the foundation pipeline managers, and helping to improve the product.
- Work with partners/industries to organize and deliver the training course logistics - schedules, venue, facilities, student registration, course completion, etc.
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders from industry, educational and training institutes, and government to ensure the Program's success.
- Develop strategies/guidelines towards streamlining community mobilization and placement.
- Responsible for retention & progression of partners.
- Monitor the impact of the program through students placed.
**Skills & Experience**:
- Should have experience in educational institutes.
- Should have experience in supply chain management.
- Should have experience in end to end Project Management.
- Very strong customer-facing skills and holistic experience in business development.
- Experience in education delivery to skilling students - student/counselling, training, skilling and placement.
- Experience in placing students in large volumes (1000+).
- Should be a part of industry forums.
