Senior Agile Transformation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency for conducting meetings, arguing, negotiating, and providing training.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile role.
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent communication, team collaboration, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of products and services within the area of responsibility.
  • Familiarity with information systems, technologies, and architecture.
  • Ability to interpret agile metrics to guide decisions.
  • Experience facilitating agile meetings with a focus on productivity and engagement.
  • Ability to drive agile transformation in diverse environments.

  • Recognized agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
