Compliance Manager LATAM Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to act as the primary Compliance professional for our Latin America business.

  • This role will implement and oversee the compliance program at both regional and subsidiary levels, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations of Latin America, including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Panama and Peru.
  • The Compliance Officer will collaborate extensively with the broader Legal and Compliance team to uphold our global standards and advise stakeholders on the compliance implications of business decisions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the designated Compliance professional in accordance with local regulations.
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce compliance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct due diligence and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure day-to-day compliance through periodic activities, such as internal audits and trainings.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and compliance risks specific to the Latin America business.
  • Lead and oversee ethics investigations into ethics and integrity incidents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law required.
  • Prior experience at a multinational company or law firms.
  • Specialization or Master's Degree in Compliance or related corporate areas is desirable.
  • Compliance certification (CCEP, CPC-A) will be considered as a plus.
  • Advanced English and Spanish Skills.
