Head of Strategic Communications

This role will drive corporate communications strategy as the company expands into local markets, leveraging technology and expertise to create a positive impact in the food delivery industry.
- Develop and execute full-fledged communications strategies and campaigns, interacting with media, journalists, and key opinion leaders.
- Increase brand awareness and favorability through targeted campaigns.
- Maintain integrated brand presence across Marketing, Social Media, Business, Government Affairs, and Internal Communications teams.
- Manage crisis situations and mitigate negative PR impacts effectively.
Main Responsibilities include:
Key Performance Indicators- Quantifiable metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and brand sentiment analysis.
Required Qualifications: Essential Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in external communications for innovative companies, preferably in the tech segment.
- Knowledge of food delivery or related sectors is beneficial.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese languages is required.
