Overview

The Senior Manager / Director of Corporate Communications for Brazil at Keeta - the international division of Meituan - will integrate the Communications Team of Keeta and work directly with Keeta's leadership team in the country to help develop and execute the full Corporate Communications strategy as the company enters the local market. The role focuses on robust expansion and generating a strong positive impact in the food delivery industry by bringing new technology and expertise.

This position reports to the Head of Public Relations in Brazil and requires extensive external communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in the technology segment. Knowledge and experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery segments is a plus. Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

Responsibilities
  • The Senior Manager of Corporate Communications will be responsible for planning and executing communications strategies and campaigns in Brazil, interacting directly with media, journalists and KOLs, and managing an external PR agency.
  • Increase the impact of brand awareness in Brazil.
  • Improve brand favorability.
  • Maintain or improve the tonality of earned media stories.
  • Maintain integrated brand campaigns (cross-functional work with Marketing, Social Media, Business, Government Affairs and Internal Communications teams).
  • Manage crisis / mitigate negative PR impact.
Qualifications
  • Extensive external communications experience in innovative and fast-paced companies, preferably in the technology segment.
  • Knowledge and experience in the food, beverage, or food delivery segments is a plus.
  • Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
  • Ability to interact with media, journalists and KOLs and to manage an external PR agency.
