Job Description

The Responsible Gaming Analyst plays a vital role in mitigating gambling-related harms while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

This position conducts behavioral risk assessments, interacts with at-risk customers, and collaborates with internal teams to maintain responsible gaming standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing in-depth behavioral analysis to identify signs of gambling-related harm.
  • Conducting phone calls with high-risk customers to discuss responsible gambling tools and offer support.
  • Managing and escalating responsible gaming concerns from internal teams.
  • Working closely with AML and Account Management teams to ensure proper customer due diligence.
  • Operating within a shift-based schedule to provide 24/7 coverage.
  • Assisting with responsible gambling-related translations when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a compliance, risk analysis, or responsible gaming role.
  • Prior experience in the iGaming sector, particularly in LATAM markets (Brazil, Colombia, Peru, etc.).
  • Previous experience handling sensitive customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Familiarity with working in a high-paced environment with confidential data.
  • Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills for identifying problematic behaviors.
