We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in São Paulo as a Patient Safety Intern. This internship offers invaluable hands-on experience in a global Contract Research Organization.

About the Role

As a Patient Safety Intern, you will embark on a comprehensive training journey followed by engaging activities within our Patient Support Program. You will gain in-depth knowledge about pharmacovigilance, learn its fundamental concepts, historical context, and different reporting methods.

Responsibilities
  1. Become a Fortrea expert by navigating internal systems and understanding the scope of diverse projects.
  2. Masteir internal database and project-specific websites.
  3. Gain knowledge about medicinal products and diagnostic kits central to our projects.
  4. Dive into the world of Pharmacovigilance.
  5. Develop professional communication skills through telephone etiquette training.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled student in Health-related courses.
  • Expected graduation date from 2027 onwards.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Availability to work on-site at our office in São Paulo 1 day per week.
  • Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and patient safety.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
