Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned project leader to drive the development and execution of project plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT project management principles and techniques, as well as excellent facilitation and communication skills.

The successful candidate will work under the direction of a program manager to ensure consistency and adherence to standards, processes, and policies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with chartering, scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, risk management, and reporting
  • Managing the identification, resolution, and escalation of project risks and issues
  • Planning and executing project communications to ensure timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team members

Required skills include:

  • Advanced understanding of IT project management principles and techniques
  • Proven ability to manage change and engage team members
  • Proven ability to provide direction to others
  • Fluent English

Desired skills include:

  • Experience leading clients through finance transformation journeys
  • Experience in leading client teams in technology and media industries through transition to subscription-based business models
  • Extensive knowledge and project experience throughout all order-to-cash and GL accounting business processes
  • Experience in subscription billing and general finance transformations

A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience in a professional role are required.
