Operational Improvement Specialist

The Senior Analyst will be a key player in driving scalable operational improvements across the finance and product teams. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a complex and high-growth environment to make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement monthly reporting processes for OKR metrics related to invoicing, payroll & payments processes
- Conduct data analysis to identify errors/issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with relevant teams to gather customer feedback data
- Utilize data insights to inform product and/or process improvements
- Enhance existing reports and develop new financial reports to facilitate easy issue identification and tracking of improvements
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Product, Operations, Finance teams to understand issues and drive process enhancements
- Contribute to the development of financial operations infrastructure and process automation initiatives
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations
- Proficiency in Excel skills (pivots, sumifs, vlookup, index match)
- Background working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-starter with eagerness to learn and develop
