- Oversee the execution of recruitment projects, guaranteeing exceptional service quality and client satisfaction.
- Manage multiple client relationships, aligning delivery with business objectives and client expectations.
- Develop and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Design and implement processes to optimize delivery efficiency and quality.
- Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders to comprehend their talent needs and provide strategic insights.
- Monitor KPIs and service levels, identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment delivery, or project management, with relevant experience supporting the LATAM region.
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and industry standards across LATAM markets.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience working with ATS platforms, reporting tools, and HRIS systems.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Key Responsibilities:
