We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring top candidates for various positions across the Latin America and Caribbean region.
You will work closely with business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with our overarching talent strategy, ensuring that our programs are scalable and effectively support local, regional, and global needs.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract the best applicants.
- Design, plan, and coordinate talent acquisition efforts, ensuring scalability across regional and global activities.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to the business, providing expertise in talent planning, recruiting, candidate sourcing, market research, and employment branding.
- Develops sourcing strategies through detailed market research and data mining, using resources such as LinkedIn or social media pertaining to prospective candidates.
- Executes marketing and branding talent acquisition strategies, and collaborates with Communications to achieve designated objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience implementing talent acquisition programs/processes including candidate screening, assessment and selection in a fast-paced, high volume and matrixed environment.
- Experience and familiarity supporting talent acquisition for Latin America & The Caribbean markets.
- A track record of delivering hiring results that meet business needs and expectations.
- Consistently delivered performance at or exceeding quarterly goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates and candidate pipelines.
- Fluent English is required, Spanish is desired.
