You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent in competitive markets, acting as a strategic partner to recruiters and business leaders for complex and critical roles.
About the Role- Drive proactive talent sourcing and market mapping for senior and critical positions.
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies for both technical and business functions.
- Engage passive candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business priorities and role requirements.
- Contribute to diversity initiatives, employer branding, and continuous process improvement.
- Leverage data to drive informed decisions and share talent insights with stakeholders.
