Executive Search Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned executive search professional to lead high-impact senior-level search mandates and solidify our reputation as a trusted advisor in talent acquisition.

This role requires someone with over 10 years of experience in executive search, deep expertise in sourcing niche and senior profiles, and a passion for building long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end executive search processes for senior and C-suite roles, driving business outcomes and talent strategies.
  • Built trusted relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor and thought partner.
  • Conducted market research, talent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify and attract hard-to-find executives.
  • Partnered with candidates throughout the process, ensuring an excellent experience and long-term fit.
  • Contributed to business development by identifying new opportunities, strengthening our network, and expanding our capabilities.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of experience in executive search, preferably with a top-tier executive search or boutique firm.
  • A proven track record of hiring for senior and niche roles across multiple industries or specialized verticals.
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills, with exceptional communication and influencing abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into talent strategies.
