We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and opportunities in the talent acquisition process. You will also develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will have strong technical proficiency in Workday, Avature, or similar ATS/CRM platforms, as well as advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure global compliance while adapting solutions to local market needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition operations or HR technology.
- Strong technical proficiency in Workday, Avature, or similar ATS/CRM platforms.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization tools preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
