We are seeking an individual to help companies hire, manage, and retain their teams in Latin America directly.
Our team is partnering with top companies to expand their presence into fast-growing economies by providing multinational logistics, contracts, compliance, and culture support.
Main Responsibilities- Sourcing IT candidates through LinkedIn.
- Reaching out to potential candidates with personalized messages and follow-ups.
- Conducting initial calls to assess candidate fit.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and recruitment progress.
- Collaborating with other team members and hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Participating in training sessions and shadowing senior recruiters to develop skills.
- No prior experience in recruiting required.
- A strong interest in learning about IT roles and the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to grow and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
- An advanced level of English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Residency in Colombia or Brazil.
- The ability to work full-time in a dynamic environment.
