Global Process Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of future global design for demand planning under the Aurora program.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development of the future global design for KCC demand planning under the Aurora program.
  • Implement and enhance state-of-the-art statistical forecasting models in conjunction with vendors.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert on optimization of volume and trade modeling for the Demand Planning process.
  • Develop and communicate Key Performance Indicators for modeling and related software tools or processes.
  • Effectively collaborate with Demand Planning team members, Sales Planning, field teams, and IT teams.
  • Conduct in-field support to train and validate system usage & output.
  • Enhance the position by thoroughly reviewing all activities performed to improve quality and productivity of services provided.
  • Support the shaping and sustaining of effective teams that deliver desired results.

About You:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in statistically oriented demand planning environments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent math, statistics, and analytical skills, as well as knowledge of business customers and customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in statistically oriented demand planning environments.
  • Experience in large-scale DP process/system/tool deployment is preferred.
  • Excellent math, statistics, and analytical skills with knowledge of business customers and customer issues, system optimization, training, and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional knowledge/direct experience including marketplace analytics, statistical modeling within demand planning systems for the purpose of improving demand forecasts.
  • Possess excellent troubleshooting skill for business systems to deliver resolutions to issues in a manner that is understood by customers.
  • The successful candidate will be customer-focused, collaborative, proactive, and an excellent communicator and influencer.
