Key Responsibilities

We seek a results-driven customer service leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our gastro pub.

  • Train and develop new employees while providing ongoing support to existing staff.
  • Ensure seamless front and back of house operations by maintaining high standards of efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences and lead by example, inspiring staff to do the same.
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Effectively manage inventory, coordinate restocking, and implement methods to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Support waiters during service shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Enforce adherence to company standards, procedures, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage reservations, handle customer inquiries, and maintain a positive first impression for all guests.
  • Prepare comprehensive shift reports and assist with waiting tables or covering the bar as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hospitality experience, with previous supervisor experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with fluency in English at a C1 level.
