Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead their expansion in Brazil. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop our business in a high-potential market, with a focus on finding new OEM customers and end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing sales strategies for the Brazilian market
  • Traveling extensively to visit customers and prospects
  • Developing localization strategies
  • Working independently to deliver results
  • Collaborating with the HQ on business development initiatives
Requirements
  • Professional level English proficiency (German is a plus)
  • Experience in Business Development or Front Sales
  • Ability to understand and explain sophisticated technical products
  • Self-structured and self-organized working style
  • High motivation to develop customers and projects from scratch
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Technical understanding and ability to consult and convince customers
  • University Degree in Business preferably with focus in Sales or Engineering
