We are looking for a candidate that preferable either has previous experience in working in a similar position as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager in the MINING Industry with relevant knowledge of the Underground / Drilling environment.
More over the most important quality is the ability to sell a solution / product / contract to all of the Underground mines in Brazil. So in short we are looking for someone with the ability to network with the correct stakeholder and create opportunities to introduce my clients services.
The purpose of this position is to assist with creating awareness of Master Drilling, spearhead marketing strategy, manage the CRM System, assist with advertising and promotional items, and assist with internal and external communications.
Experience in business development, marketing & sales with relevant experience in shaft development, exploration drilling, and mining background would be highly advantageous.
3-5 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing or Public Relations position and an overall understanding of business.
Experience in Mining / Raise bore and exploration drilling environment will be an advantage.
SALES & MARKETING
Facilitate the delivery of the agreed marketing tools as per planned roadmap.
Coordinate all marketing, promotional and advertising campaigns, and events. Design and implement events, management plans for regions and support.
Utilize CRM system (Salesforce) for reporting and dashboard overview.
Market/product/client research and analyses using SNL and related tools and getting reports from the web and service providers.
Assist with the development of marketing and sales budget for DRC.
Facetime with existing and potential clients.
Actively involved in RFP/Tender process (pre-bid meetings, bidding, clarification meetings, contract negotiation).
Establish parallel alliances with mining contractors
