About the Role

A Senior Manager manages Senior Individual Contributors or managers who exercise latitude and independence in assignments. Key responsibilities include policy and strategy implementation for short-term results, a department's operational direction, and people leadership. Complex problems are faced, and influence is exerted outside of own job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures. Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating new sales and marketing growth opportunities is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities
1. Develop opportunities to capture a larger portion of the local market demand by matching the capabilities of the region's service centers.
2. Manage and develop the overall portfolio of the business to ensure a highly profitable business.
3. Identify, evaluate, and support the Sales Teams in negotiating and marketing growth opportunities.
4. Develop and overview complex commercial strategies, sales channels, and new service development strategies for service centers in SAMER.
5. Integrate new business into the organization based on Service Centers capabilities.

Requirements
1. 5+ years of experience in the repair of market components.
2. Sales abilities.
3. Bachelor's degree, Business Bachelor or Engineering Degree in high-level qualification.
4. Advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese skills.
