Job Overview

As a Senior Manager, you will oversee a team of Senior Individual Contributors or managers who work independently in their assignments. Your responsibilities will include implementing policies and strategies for short-term results, leading a department's operational direction, and providing people leadership. You will face complex problems and influence others outside your job area regarding policies, practices, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop opportunities to capture a larger portion of the local market demand by leveraging the capabilities of the region's service centers.

• Manage and develop the overall portfolio of the business to ensure high profitability.

• Identify, evaluate, and support Sales Teams in negotiating and marketing growth opportunities.

• Develop complex commercial strategies, sales channels, and new service development strategies for service centers in SAMER.

• Integrate new business into the organization based on Service Centers capabilities.

• Ensure strategic support for the preparation of a large-scale global sales plan, describing the general steps, milestones, and resources needed to formulate proposals covering the entire multidimensional scope.

• Define and drive initiatives to increase utilization and profitability from a Sales perspective.

• Collaborate with the S%SS, GSLM, OH/OE, Procurement, and support areas.

• Be responsible for SC ́s Sales budget and performance.

• Lead investment projects or projects to increase and expand the capacity of the SCs in the region, ensuring their correct implementation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in market component repair.

• Strong sales abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, or a high-level qualification.

• Advanced English, Spanish, and Portuguese language skills.
