Symplicity is a leading provider of employability solutions to higher education institutions globally. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate our expansion in Brazil.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with existing and potential clients, managing forecasts through our CRM system, and working collaboratively with internal departments to improve the velocity of business and deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggressively prospect and develop sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Marketing to set demand generation strategies for distinct products
- Drive pipeline growth through inbound demand and outbound prospection
- Build strong relationships with clients to drive growth opportunities
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience selling enterprise technology in a competitive market
- Proven track record of overachievement in sales roles
- Strong communication skills in English (native or near-native proficiency) and excellent Portuguese language skills
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum based on location and experience.
