  • About the Role:
  • We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Banquet Servers will be responsible for setting up venues, attending to members and guests, serving food and beverage, collaborating with other banquet staff, addressing any complaints or issues in a professional manner, and assisting with the breakdown of venues after events.
  • This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our team.
  • Requirements:
  • Serving Experience: Previous experience in a related field, such as serving, bartending, or hospitality, is preferred but not required.
  • Detailed Oriented: A high level of attention to detail is essential for this role, as it requires ensuring that all aspects of event execution are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  • Friendly and Positive Attitude: A warm and welcoming demeanor is crucial for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with members and guests.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and clear communication with members and guests.
