We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Scent division as Regional Finance Manager, Latin America. This role is based in Tambore site, São Paulo, reporting to the BU Regional Finance Director.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will primarily be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to the Business Unit (BU). The key objectives of this position include:
- Providing financial tracking of sales and margins, including sales variance bridge, with insightful analysis and advice
- Managing customer Rebate balance process
- Leading confection and presentation of Monthly Business Reviews
- Coordinating annual sales, cost and expenses Budget process, managing the risk & opportunities
- Managing the region's Sales Incentive Program
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to recognize or understand the business dynamics, strategy, priorities & goals, and consequences of business finance advisory.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:
- A proven track record of Business Finance or/and Accounting experience in a multinational company
- Years of work experience in a similar role (Business Finance, Accounting Controller, Plant Controller, Business Controller)
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or, a highly analytical field or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in product costing and manufacturing is a plus
