We are seeking a highly motivated intern to collaborate and learn in a dynamic environment, developing skills in financial analysis, reporting, and planning for the Latin America region.
About the RoleThe Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for supporting managing and steering the financial performance of the Latin American region. We are further developing and strengthening financial steering capabilities to build a robust business plan.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, updating models, and preparing reports for budget meetings.
- Assist quarterly reporting activities.
- Perform financial analysis to assess financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Update and maintain financial databases, spreadsheets, and reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Take initiative to learn about different finance areas, ask questions, and seek opportunities for growth and development.
- Provide administrative support to finance team members, such as scheduling meetings and organizing files.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain a strong overview of product lines, regions, and finance units, liaise with Operations, and Product units.
