We're looking for a skilled Business Value Architect to join our team.

Job Description

As a Business Value Architect, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between service and operational business units by communicating effectively with stakeholders and translating business demands into actionable deliverables.

  • You will develop innovative solutions to drive business outcomes, leveraging process mining analytics to identify areas of improvement and optimize processes.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to frame, realize, and sustain the value of process mining solutions, monitoring progress and reporting on key metrics.
  • You will design and implement user-friendly dashboards that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.
  • You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure the reusability and scalability of process mining solutions, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Key qualifications include a master's degree in computer science, medical information technology, mathematics, or a related field, along with experience in process mining, data visualization, and business intelligence tools. You should possess excellent communication skills, creativity, independence, analytical thinking, and good people skills, as well as motivation and a strong work ethic.

Fluent English language skills are essential, enabling you to collaborate effectively with international colleagues and communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision.
