Business Insights Analyst

The role of a Business Insights Analyst is pivotal in driving business growth and supporting operational objectives. You will be responsible for developing and analyzing core operational and performance metrics for lodging, non-lodging, and strategic lines of business across the globe.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing reporting and analysis to provide actionable insights on performance and operational metrics
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data and transform it into actionable business insights
- Providing regular reporting to stakeholders on business results and key drivers for the business
- Monitoring progress towards achieving operating metrics that result in hitting performance objectives
- Analyzing data to drive business decisions and implement initiatives essential to achieving business goals

For this position, we are looking for an individual with advanced knowledge of SQL and Python, experience in large database manipulation, and expertise in data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and QlikSense.

Key Skills:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting Tools, and analytics
- Advanced SQL and Python knowledge
- Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, QlikSense, and other data platforms
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Ability to build effective relationships across functional teams
