Empowering Customer Growth Through Data Analytics

We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our team and drive business success through data-driven insights. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a crucial role in uncovering hidden patterns and trends within our customer base.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with data analysis and modeling, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Apart from driving growth, you will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for working with data to tell compelling stories that drive business outcomes.

About the Role
  • Develop and apply advanced data-driven methodologies to analyze customer behavior, retention trends, and product adoption.
  • Design and implement predictive models, causal inference methods, and experimentation strategies to measure and optimize the effect of product changes on customer growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to identify key opportunities for improving customer engagement and long-term retention.

Requirements

  • Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a data science or analytics role focused on product analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, causal inference, and predictive modeling.
