We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and organize large amounts of information into actionable insights. You should also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping processes, and defining acceptance criteria
  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders and translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Mapping the delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating the entry (app) and exit (EDI) points
  • Documenting integrations, data formats, and business rules
  • Defining PoC success metrics and criteria
  • Creating test cases and performing functional validation in the final phase
  • Reporting defects and monitoring their fixes with the technical team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong English skill (Advanced)
  • Experience as a BA in mobility and/or systems integration projects
  • Knowledge of agile methods and management tools (Jira, Azure Boards)
  • Ability to develop test cases and validate functional requirements
  • Advantage: experience with OCR, EDI, or logistics
