Job Responsibilities- Develop a strong understanding of Symphony Category Management Suite (CMS) and its interaction with other reporting tools, Assortment and Planogram software, CRM, promotions, and Customer Decision Tree.
- Strong analytical skills for Household Panels analysis and metrics.
- Support client strategies as defined by clients.
- Input, track, and insure fulfilment of client project requests, such as category review processes, product and customer clustering.
- Assist in team and user training as needed.
- Devise analytical approaches that leverage CMS capabilities to interpret and assemble data to develop actionable solutions, make recommendations, and create action plans.
- 6-7 years of relevant experience in retail or CPG industry-related roles.
- Fluent in Portuguese, with some knowledge of English required.
- Ability to develop productive and professional client relationships.
- Excellent communications and technical skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and quality-focused.
- High technical knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
