Job Overview:

We seek a highly skilled Financial Analysis and Optimization Expert to perform month-end closing activities, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support the review of accounts payable.

The ideal candidate will optimize working capital by managing DSO and DPO relationships, providing insights into short- and mid-term liquidity through weekly cash flow forecasts.

Responsibilities include conducting in-depth variance analysis for the balance sheet, income statement, and operating expenses, assisting with audit processes and account reconciliation.

Collaboration with regional teams is essential to implement the Oracle ERP system, ensuring process alignment and data integrity.

Additionally, this role involves participating in budgeting processes, including preparation, structuring, and review of annual and quarterly budgets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a financial analyst
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and key metrics (DSO, DPO, cash flow)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems is a strong plus
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional, multicultural teams
