About The Role- The Fleet Maintenance professional will be responsible for overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance services with drivers and trucks, providing support and assistance related.
- Manage workshops, maintain truck registration information, and ensure compliance with mandatory maintenance schedules.
- Take care of the health of each truck in the fleet, monitoring performance metrics.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) on coverage and response times for drivers and assets.
- Provide real-time updates to our management platform, offering guidance to dependent teams.
- Monitor individual truck performance, generating reports as needed.
- Fluent English, Portuguese, and Spanish language skills are required.
- Education in technician or mechanical, production, automotive engineering fields is preferred.
- Maintenance and truck industry knowledge is an advantage.
- Availability and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.
- Organized and focused approach.
