Job Summary

The Fleet Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for managing preventive maintenance services with drivers and trucks, providing support and assistance related.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage workshops, perform preventive and corrective maintenance of trucks, as well as register information.
  • Care for the health of each truck in the fleet regarding mandatory maintenance.
  • Report coverage and response through KPIs over drivers and assets.
  • Feed the management platform in real-time, providing guidance to dependent teams.
  • Monitor SLAs and performance of individual trucks, generating reports.
Requirements
  • Fluent English and Portuguese, Spanish is an advantage.
  • Technical or degree in mechanical, production, automotive engineering or similar.
  • Maintenance and trucks knowledge is an advantage.
  • Availability and desire to learn.
  • Sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
  • Organized and focused approach.
