About the Role:
- Achieve individual sales targets by attracting new clients.
- Meet financial services and products requirements through acquiring new customers and managing existing ones.
- Contribute to sales goals by promoting offered products.
- Provide a positive customer experience through personalized service, addressing queries and welcoming suggestions.
- Ensure accurate product presentation and provide all necessary information for sales.
- Identify customer profiles and prevent fraudulent activity by accurately communicating relevant information based on customer data.
- Follow proper procedures for customer registration approval, submitting all required details to credit and card analysis departments.
- Verify the accuracy of registration data during credit approval processes.
