Job Description

The Director of Channel and Alliance Growth is a key driver in the development, expansion, and execution of strategic partnerships within the Financial Services sector. This role involves identifying and establishing new partnership opportunities, optimizing existing partner relationships, and creating innovative solutions to drive net-new growth.

This position collaborates closely with Sales and Partnerships leadership to align cross-organizationally with Account Executives, Alliance Directors, Marketing, Product Development, Customer Success, and Sales Operations to ensure program success.

  • Develop and execute the Go-to-Market Strategy for Channel and Alliances across:

    • Regional Consulting Partners

    • Global System Integrators (GSIs)

    • Software Vendors (ISVs)

    • Distributors

  • Establish executive-level relationships for strategic partnerships.

  • Design and implement effective contracting strategies.

  • Analyze market data to inform partner strategies.

  • Drive new business through partner-sourced and co-selling efforts.

  • Recruit and onboard new partners for successful integration.

  • Resolve escalated partner issues to ensure program success.

  • Build, expand, and nurture partner sales pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 6+ years of related experience in software and/or SaaS and/or consulting, including selling to large enterprise commercial customers

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

  • Fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in Professional Services, software implementation scoping and delivery, and stakeholder management are highly valued. Self-motivated individuals with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement will thrive in this environment.

Travel Requirement & Working Conditions

This role requires up to 35% travel for regular customer meetings and events. Reliable internet access is necessary for working remotely and not in a Workiva office.
