The Portfolio Success Manager plays a critical role in driving business outcomes for our customers. As an advocate for our clients, you will oversee a portfolio of customers to help them achieve their goals and maximize the value of their ServiceNow investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outcomes Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and challenges, and develop strategies to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Technical Health: Ensure customers are technically healthy and up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow product versions.
- Success Plays: Identify criteria for assisting customers using Success Plays in the Success Platform.
- Customer Success Stories: Promote ServiceNow customer success stories and processes to drive adoption and usage.
- Value Realization: Ensure customers obtain the maximum value from their ServiceNow investment and utilize their licenses effectively.
- Product Adoption: Collaborate with ServiceNow teams to improve product adoption and increase the ServiceNow footprint.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve escalated client issues quickly, leveraging resources from across the company ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of experience providing customer professional services or related business support.
- Skills: Ability to provide independent comprehensive services, experience resolving issues through analysis, and experience working collaboratively.
- Certifications: ServiceNow accreditations or certifications are a plus.
